Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your skin and your results, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be at least half-full to be eligible for a refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request to help us improve.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items in their original box if possible, and attach the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
